Veterinary students doing externships at VCA South Shore are offered a wide range of exciting learning opportunities. Our challenging externship program allows observation and assistance on the emergency service, as well as during routine office exams, surgeries and speciality procedures--including ultrasound and endoscopy. VCA South Shore's externs become an integral part of every aspect of patient care and client communication--which makes each case you work on feel like your own.
