VCA Cedar Animal Hospital is an acknowledged leader in the community in avian and exotic medicine. In addition to dogs and cats, we see any animal that will fit through the door, with the exception of primates. This includes all species of birds (from canaries to macaws), all reptiles and snakes, all rodents, rabbits, ferrets, marsupials and wildlife. We practice high quality medicine and advocate wellness testing. VCA Cedar Animal Hospital also features dental x-rays, a high-speed unit, as well as technicians certified in dentistry allow high quality care. Morning and evening rounds encourage communication and mentoring on all cases. There is a long history of retention of technical and non-technical employees. We have also been AAHA-certified for 12 years.
Hospital Description:
VCA Cedar Animal Hospital has been located in the same neighborhood in south Minneapolis since 1973. We are located halfway between the Mall of America and the Metrodome. Minneapolis is a diverse community with many wonderful parks, lakes, museums and restaurants.
