Special Features:
Our internal medicine service regularly performs procedures utilizing our full complement of rigid and flexible endoscopic equipment. We offer laparoscopy and fluoroscopy as advanced diagnostic tools and also perform studies such as splenoportography. Ultrasounds are performed daily.
The hospital is equipped with the latest in digital radiography technology to provide advanced imaging capabilities and our hospital laboratory is fully equipped.
Our emergency service offers advanced monitoring such as continuous CVP, ECG, pulse oximetry and can manage critical patients in need of ventilator therapy, oxygen therapy and chest tubes. We excel in advanced post-op and pain management.
Our ophthalmologist performs procedures including phacoemulsificaiton with intraocular lens implantation, electroretinography, ocular ultrasound examinations, and laser surgery for the treatment of glaucoma, retinal detachments and ocular tumors.
The surgical caseload includes neurologic, soft tissue, oncologic, and orthopedic procedures. A CO2 surgical laser is utilized to provide advanced surgical options. Intraoperatvie fluoroscopy is also available.
Our staff oncologist is also able to provide many services including clinical pathology and cytology, bone marrow aspiration, incisional and excisional biopsies, immunotherapy, intravenous chemotherapy, intralesional chemotherapy, intracavitary chemotherapy, oral chemotherapy and pain management protocols.
