VCA Companion is an AAHA-accredited hospital, which requires the highest of standards in veterinary medicine. We pride ourselves on the quality of care and concern we provide to our clients. The dogs are walked twice a day, and the cats are housed in their own separate cat section. All of our patients receive plenty of TLC.

Companion has developed a very loyal and steady clientele. Companion is a beautiful 2-story hospital with a family of team members whose main concern is the care of the animals, clients and the hospital. A very easy work place, with only the best of medical care provided.

Redding is located in beautiful Northern California, a short distance away from rivers, lakes and mountains. Mt. Shasta and Mt. Lassen are only 60 minutes away. We offer tremendous outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, fishing, boating, skiing, and much more. We also have wonderful theatres and carefree shopping within a small town atmosphere. The new Sundial Bridge at Turtle Bay and the “Old West” in Old Shasta are nearby. The Turtle Bay Natural Science Museum and the renovated Cascade Theatre are definitely worth a visit. This is a wonderful place to raise a family.
